Chris Faulkner, Chief Executive Officer

Chris Faulkner, President and Chief Executive Officer of Breitling Oil and Gas, has a diverse background in oil & gas industry.  Mr. Faulkner studied at the University of North Texas and Baylor University and received his Doctorate Degree from Concordia College.

Mr. Faulkner has extensive past experience in all aspects of oil and gas operations including project management, production, facilities, drilling and business development.  Mr. Faulkner has also served on key corporate and industry committees, including Breitling’s World Shale Gas Advisory Committee, Breitling Regulatory Compliance Committee, R&D Committees, Breitling’s International Unconventional Gas Initiative and he has also played a key leadership role in the development of the Health & Safety Stewardship Program, and the Oil and Gas Technology Advisory Committee.  Mr. Faulkner serves as an advisor to the ECF Asia Shale Committee and sits on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Commission.

Mr. Faulkner has been featured in numerous publications including American Oil and Gas Investor, Energy Today, EuroAsia Industry, Natural Gas Week, World Finance and Fox Business. He is a frequent lecturer at industry events and is a member of many industry organizations including the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, the Oklahoma City Petroleum Club, Dallas Petroleum Club, Independent Petroleum Association of America, Texas Alliance of Energy Producers and Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association. He is actively involved in local and national philanthropic and non-profit organizations including Dallas Performing Arts, Texas CAN-DO, American Heart Association and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

His current focus with Breitling is driving the corporation’s long-range economic and energy outlooks, which serve as the basis for strategic planning as well as investor relations, short and long-term business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and the development of new and the application of existing technology for optimizing recovery efficiency within Breitling’s conventional and unconventional resources. Mr. Faulkner’s experience spans work in many different locations and areas, including the Middle East and Europe and North America.

Parker Hallam, Chief Operating Officer

Parker Hallam, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer. Parker began his oil and gas career as an Associate Vice President for a privately held oil and gas company, where he worked to improve communication avenues for new and existing partners.  Parker has assisted his investors in placing projects throughout the United States. After starting Breitling, he refocused his efforts to provide added value to the holdings of existing and new partners. Parker has extensive experience in generating new business and maintaining client relationships. Parker’s oil and gas experience focuses on strategy, business development, corporate finance, as well as in energy portfolio management. His responsibilities with Breitling include developing and maintaining partner relationships, day-to-day operations and well site management.   His career has given him a broad spectrum of financial and business experience in Exploration and Production, Offshore Gas Production, Oil Refining, LNG and Domestic Gas.

Michael Miller, Chief Investment Officer

Michael Miller, co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Breitling Oil and Gas Corporation. Mr. Miller has been involved in the oil and gas industry heading up operations and placement since 1998.  Overall Michael has 13+ years experience in the oil business, in geosciences, exploration, business development, operations and general management, working in hydrocarbon provinces from Europe to South America, SE Asia, Middle East and North America.  His focus with Breitling is investor relations and drilling project management. As Breitling’s Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Miller is responsible for the identification, assessment and execution of investment opportunities.  In his various management and business development roles, he has been responsible for key client management and the technical and financial management of a wide range of environmental consulting and engineering services in the private and public sectors.
